Boxun today (Tuesday April 21) reports that on Monday April 20 Xinjiang's Metropolitan Consumer Morning Newspaper continued to be distributed to subscribers via deliverymen in spite of a ban on its circulation in some residential areas of Xinjiang's capital city of Urumqi. The reason for the ban is that some illegal religious material was surreptitiously distributed to subscribers with the newspaper. But the newspaper has explained the situation and is seeking to have the ban rescinded.
