In October, China announced that the unemployment rate is around 4% or, 8.3 million. In the same month, China official news reported that 50 million immigrant workers in Zhuhai region ( Guangdong) lost their jobs and preparing to go home. In other regions, the workers situation is not improving as the exchange rate of RBM is rising and export declines. Officially, 15% of  college graduates are unemployed. After considering all these numbers, the unemployment rate in China should be much higher. If count only Zhuhais 50 million, the unemployment rate will be close to 20%.

Economists or experts about China seems ignore the basic facts.
