Boxun (Chinese) has used Google absence and search for a few months, suddenly, it informed us that we are "illegal".

We have displayed a few million times of Google's advertisement, the income is les than $100. What does it mean "illegal"?

The decision was made by Google's Chinese department, they did not give the actural reason. Based on the number of exposures and income level, it is very unlikely there was cheating on advertisement. We are confident that Boxun did not do anything on the advertisement internally. We also did not encourage readers to do anything for increasing the income.

Both Chinese and English news sites of Boxun have been excluded by Google news search since 2006, we do not know the reason either. Considering Google news search includes hundreds of news websites in China that has almost the same contents (China government requires each newspaper must use the contents from XinHua on important/political incidents), it is not fair for Google to exclude Boxun's news. It is a big loss for readers around the world who can only get the official news from Google search.

These actions may not be from top management  of Google, but we doubt that some level of management at Google are affected by political factors.

Along the same line, Chinese dissidents' email accounts (both dissidents in China and other countries) were hacked frequently, these emails accounts are MSN and yahoo, etc, it needs serious attention. How did the hackers get the access information of these accounts? Hackers might get the information from user's PC, but it is also possible that "hackers" are inciders of these email service providers. This problem is not only affecting Chinese users, it may endanger the security of U.S. too.
