The building was designed to compete with World Trade Center of New York, was constructed in 1980s, and could not finish because of lacking the necessary technology. The building was guarded and no travelers are allowed to approach. The video is provided by Boxun's reporter - Jie Mu. Jie Mu travelled to North Korea and was able to take the video in such a close distance under the protection of military officers.
