Boxun reports that Beijing-based non-governmental organization Gongmeng (http://www.gongmeng.cn/com_2.php) has worked tirelessly in assisting the underdogs in Chinese society. But the organization has now been fined 1.42 million yuan (US$210,000) and if the fine is not paid Gongmeng founder Dr. Xu Zhiyong faces seven years in prison.
