[The Subject of Awakening Chinese People:
My serial articles of Awakening Chinese People talk about the commonly seen political, economic and cultural phenomena in China, hoping to awaken Chinese people to realize that since its coming into power in 1949, the Chinese Communist Party has been running monopoly by force, deciding people's income and people's expense/merchandise price, actually collecting over 80% of people's income for tax, and it deprives every one of his natural resources like the land, the minerals, and through which, the Communist Party robs people to the extreme. Meanwhile, the Communist Party labels many common people who do not affect others' income or expense and even the foreigners as criminals to shake off its own crime of robbing people. The Communist Party is the real counter-revolutionaries and reactionaries. This is its true face. Under its robbery, in 2007 of now the average income of the 18 years or older people among the 1.3 billion people is about 400 renminbi a month, about 50 U. S. dollars a month, one U. S. dollar equals to about 8 renminbi, the currency issued by the Communist Party. With the scanty income, common people are unable to solve the basic life needs of housing, education and medical care. Meanwhile, the bureau directors and the higher officials of the Communist Party do not occupy one thousandth of the total population. In 2007, the assets held by 3000 family members of the Communist high officials reach 2 trillion renminbi, with each of them hold 670 million renminbi on average. In today's China, 0.4% of the population holds 70% of the wealth there. What we common people can do now is to tell other people who we know or don't know about the true face of the Communist Party and the truth above, at least tell one person in our life time. One day when half of the 1.3 billion Chinese people see the true face of the Communist Party, it will fall out of power within two years. This is an All-People Grand Revolution that frees Chinese people from the oppression and the robbery of the Communist Party and establishes a country of democracy and equality.
New China of democracy and equality will enact four systems: 1 The mayor, the governor, and the president are elected every four years by all the people reaching 18 years old, one man one ballot. 2 Chinese people have the freedom of publishing, demonstrating, and running business. 3 Divide the wealth of the Communist ruled area evenly among the 1.3 billion Chinese people. Under the Communist system of rewarding the evil and punishing the kind, it has been several decades for the good people to suffer and the bad people to gain. In 2007, the average housing area per person is about 23 square meters. After New China is born, the government elected by the people will number the housing areas with 23 square meters as a unit, and let the 1.3 billion people to draw the lot to have the house, one person one unit. Since the houses are built by the people themselves, people don't need to pay the rent, and the living issue of this life time will be solved. The new government will also number the 1.5 billion mu farmland, with two mu as a unit, a mu is about 667 square meters. And let all the peasants who reach 18 years draw the lot to have the farmland, one person one unit. Since the land is bestowed upon us by God, there is no reason for people to rent it from the government. The new government will also divide evenly the around 100 trillion renminbi of wealth in the Communist Party ruled area, including the cash, the enterprises, and the schools, among the 1.3 billion people. So like the change of the regimes domestically and oversea, the new government invalidates the old currency that is renminbi, and gives every Chinese a hundred thousand Chinese yuan, the new currency, which should have the similar value of renminbi. With everybody being at the same starting line, new China steps into the new epoch of the real market economy. 4 New China enacts the principle that every one has the same share of the exploited natural resources. Every year after deducting the expenses of the personnel, the equipment, and etc. of the natural resources enterprises, the people elected government will divide the value of the exploited natural resources evenly among the people by sending 1.3 billion checks to the 1.3 billion Chinese people.
We shall not consume some food and then leave this world, oppressed by the Communist Party for a life time and making money for them for a life time, but shall pursue righteousness and kindness, and regain the wealth that belongs to us. Once the All-People Grand Revolution of Chinese people freeing themselves from the oppression and the robbery of the Communist Party succeeds, the grievances, the unfairness, and the hardships accumulated during the several decades of the Communist regime can all get redressed and solved through dividing the wealth there evenly. The basic life needs like housing and food of the 1.3 billion Chinese people shouldn't have any problem. All those who agree to the subject of Awakening Chinese People can call each other the awakened people, who are also the democratic activists, to facilitate the communication. Everybody is welcome to publish, to spread the articles and the points of view of Awakening Chinese People. Once there are the most people sharing the same idea with us, after the ending of the Communist regime, they can elect those having such idea into the government. With the support of the people-elected government and the most people, the above systems can surely be realized. Having the same pain, the same tears, we 1.3 billion Chinese people rise up. To the wonderful new China, forward¡ª, march!

In China, since the Chinese Communist Party came into power in 1949, it has been carrying out the movements to strike people, mobilizing people to curse, to beat, to kill those it labels as bad guys, from its so-called landlords, rich peasants, rightists, various kinds of bad members, various kinds of counter-revolutionaries, to the students and the civilians in the 1989 Democratic Movement, to the present Falun Gong practitioners, and even the foreigners. Every time those people who participate in the Communist Party's striking a group of people feel that those struck people are really the bad guys, and should be struck. Otherwise, Chinese people won't have a good life. After ten years, they feel the group of people the Communist Party demand them strike do not look much like bad guys. But when the Communist Party wants them to strike another group of people, they get invigorated again. During the 58 years from 1949 to 2007, in every period of time, there are quite some people following the Communist Party to criticize and oppress other people. Therefore, it looks necessary for every one of us to know who are the good guys and who are the bad guys. Otherwise, someday when we get regarded as the bad guys or we are demanded to strike the bad guys, we won't know what's going on.
Those who believe the saying of the Communist Party or the communist government have killed 80 million Chinese people since it came into power in 1949. Has Chinese people's life hence become good? No, now in 2007, housing, schooling and medical care has become three huge burdens upon Chinese people. The average income of the 1.3 billion people who has a job is just 400 renminbi a month ( 1 U. S. dollar equals to about 8 renminbi, the currency issued by the Communist Party), and the average apartment price in the city has reached 5000 yuan per square meter, which makes common people unable to buy an apartment even work for 100 years. With the tuition and the life expenses of a college student being more than 10,000 renminbi a year, the common employee whose annual income is around 5,000 renminbi cannot afford the college education at all. The college is too expensive for people. To cure a cold in the hospital cost 200 or 300 renminbi, which consumes half of the employ's monthly pay, and he does not know how to stay alive for the rest of the month. The situation in the countryside is worse, where the peasant's income is less than one third of the city resident. In fact, now in 2007 most Chinese people cannot stay alive by themselves, and I'm one of them.
Compared with the 1980s, people's actual income is dropping instead of rising. Since the Communist Party gives very low pay to the city employee, in the 1980s it allotted the apartment to them, with every employee paying about 5 renminbi a month for the rent. Since the 1990s, the Communist Party has stopped allotting the apartment to them and they have to buy the apartment by themselves with the average price around 5000 renminbi per square meter. The price of the apartment or living place has increased at least 100 times. The tuition of the primary school in the 1980s was under 10 renminbi a year, and now it reaches 1000 renminbi a year, seeing an increase of 100 times too. The doctor visiting fee ( not including the medicine) in the 1980s was around 0.3 renminbi, and now it is around 30 renminbi, seeing an increase of 100 times as well. We common people really cannot bear these. Some people might ask, ¡°Then why aren't there millions of people frozen to death or starved to death?¡± Because we people just live under the roof of our grandparents, trying to stay alive with our family. Compared with the three famine years from 1959 to 1961 in which 40 million people starved to death, the common thing between then and now is that people cannot make a living by themselves. The different thing is that now people can stay alive with the help of their family, and in that three years, the whole family starved to death one after another, the whole village of a thousand people starved to death one after another.
Then why do Chinese people always lead such miserable life? Because using the force to run monopoly, the Communist Party decides people's pay/income with its one hand and decides people's expense/merchandise price with its other hand, which enables it to take people's money into its own pocket and rob people to the extreme. It is well known that the bosses of these fields mentioned above all have the background of the communist official. If we common people want to do them, like running a school, the Communist Party will disapprove us by a hundred sayings, and if we insist on doing so, it will uses its force like its police to strike us, to send us into prison, saying that we have disturbed the social order. Then the communist high officials and their relatives run these businesses by monopoly and raise the price as high as they like. Meanwhile, apartment, education and medical care are indispensable to people's life and people have to buy these services. The businesses that the Communist Party really lets common people are selling noodles on street, selling clothes on street, and so on. Because these businesses make money by man's toils and sweats. The communist officials and their relatives do not have interests in doing them at all, and throw these businesses to us common people to do.
The situation that the Communist Party decides people's income is more obvious. The ten-odd levels of monthly pay are all decided by it. Without it approval, people's pay cannot get raised. In the countryside, the village committee of the Communist Party still decides how much farmland the peasant can use and how much pay he can get from the town factory where he works. Though now there are some so-called private companies and the foreign companies, how many of them can say, ¡°The Communist Party (or the communist government) has no right to intervene our own business and has no right to stipulate the manifold regulations for us.¡±? Possibly none. The economy of the whole country is still under the monopoly of the Communist Party. Therefore, just like the communist officials controlling the merchandise price, they control people's pay and bring it down greatly. From the above three fields of apartments, schools and hospitals, we see the price have increased 100 times, and the pay of the employees of them just have increased 20 times from 40 renminbi a month in the 1980s to 800 renminbi a month in 2007 of now. In other words, when in the market economy, the pay of the employee should be 100 renminbi, the Communist Party just gives them 20 renminbi. If the employee leaves the company, another company is still under the control of the Communist Party.
In fact the employees in the city whose average pay is around 800 yuan a month now pay 80% of his income to the Communist Party. In the real market economy, the pay of the employ should also increase 100 times along with the increasing of the merchandise price, and reach 40X100=4000 yuan a month. Then the tax a city employee pays to the Communist Party every month is 4000¡ª800=3200 yuan. Though from the 1980s to now 2007, the prices of some items of the merchandise haven't increased by 100 times, apartment/housing, schooling and medical care occupy 90% of people's expense. It is safe to say that in the city where the average pay is around 800 yuan a month, the employ pays over 2000 yuan a month to the Communist Party or the Communist government. In the countryside, the Communist Party collects more tax and fees from the peasants, which makes the income of the peasant be less than one third of the city employee. Actually compared with the 1980s, most people's actually income has dropped instead of increased. Meanwhile, the bureau director or the higher level official of the Communist Party and their relatives make tons of money every day. Now in 2007, 3000 family members of the high communist officials own the property of 2 trillion renminbi, which means that on average every one of them own the property of 670 million renminbi.
The other trades like power, communication, oil, television, movie, newspaper and the Internet are also exclusively run by the Communist Party. If we people want to run a website, we have to do it in the way of the Communist Party, which means that we actually work for them, and they do not pay us a penny. The forced monopoly economy of the Party decides the pay of the people with its one hand and decides the expenses (the price of the merchandise) with its another hand, and robs people to the extreme. This type of economy is definitely not the market economy.
Now we find the criterion of the good guys and the bad guys. That is to see whether a man influences others' income and expenses. Violence and fraud can be counted as medical compensation and psychological compensation, and be counted as the influence upon one's income and expenses. The common people selling noodles, grocery on street have not monopolized the market, not to mention doing it by force. Their price is mainly decided by the market rather than by themselves. A man's living condition just depends on his income and expenses. So if a man does not decide others' income or expenses, he will not bring any harm to others. At least he is not a bad guy. As for what point of view or what hobby he has, it is his own matter. And if he holds that people's income and expenses should be formed by the fair system rather than by some party's forced monopoly, then he will be a good guy. Some Chinese say that we democratic activists do not concern about people's daily life, but in fact we concern about it very much. Only when China has democracy in which the president, the governor and the mayor are elected by the universal vote of the 1.3 billion Chinese people, can we people get liberated from the robbery of the Communist high officials. Because people's voting can prevent those who do harm to people from staying in power. Also as ¡°Awakening Chinese 1¡ªthe Communist Government Is in Fact an Illegal Government¡± says, since it is not elected by the people, the Chinese Communist government itself is an illegal government.
Now we look at those inflicted people since the Communist Party came into power in 1949. They are the so-called landlord, the rightist, manifold bad guys, manifold counter-revolutionaries, the students and civilians of the 1989 Democratic Movement, the Falun Gong practitioners, and even the foreigners. Those people do not decide Chinese people's pay or expenses, having not made you or me lose a penny. At least they are not bad guys. Thus, those who believe in the propaganda of the Communist Party and inflict the innocent really haven't seen the truth and haven't known what they are doing. Meanwhile, the bloc of Communist high officials¡ªthe real bloc of the bad guys¡ªhave not got noticed by people, because from 1949 to 2007 of now, it has been playing the game of labeling the innocent people as the bad guys, which has fooled Chinese people one generation after another. From the 1950s to the 1970s, the Communist Party enacted the merchandise tickets, which is to set the merchandise price very high by a disguised form. Just as the democratic activist Jia Jia said, we wish Chinese people not to be fooled by the Party any longer. When you get robbed, you have to look for the one who robbed you. If you went to inflict those who haven't robbed you, you would be thought as a bad guy and your loss could not get recovered.
Is it possible for us to get rid of the robbery by the Party in out life time? There should be such hope, because the 1.3 billion Chinese people face the same situation. These include most of the 70 million Communist Party members, most of the soldiers and the policemen for they do not decide others' pay or expenses. Those bureau directors and the higher officials of the Party decide others' pay and expenses, and they do not occupy one thousandth of the whole population. Usually they are in the luxurious villas, the luxurious restaurants, and the nightclubs. Look to the flow of crowds on street. Those are all the people on our side. Even if they do not care about others, they should care about that they do not get robbed, which is beneficial for us to get free from the robbery of the Communist Party. So most people around us should be the good guys. But some of them do not see the truth and continue inflicting the innocent by the guidance of the Party. We should tell them the truth. Tell them either they are our acquaintances or the strangers. By doing it, we get the support from more people, and see what we can do to free ourselves from the predicament set by the Communist Party. One day when half of the 1.3 billion Chinese people see its true face of severely robbing people by its forced monopoly, it will fall out of power within two years.
