SUN Lin and his wife HE Fang were denied visit by family members and lawyer. Lawyers met SUN and HE in June, since then, the authority denied any further request of meeting.

SUN and HE were arrested on May 30, 2007 because of their reporting activities. The authority falsely charged "hiding weapons". The police did not find the claimed weapons at SUN's home.

SUN Lin borrowed about 300,000 RMB for business in Spring 2007 using their apartment as collateral, after they were arrested, the loan payment is hard to keep. Now the bank may put their apartment in auction, which will put the price much lower than market value. SUN and HE will become homeless if their family members can not raise the money.
