Boxun reports: Website WWW.NCPSCZK.COM has been shutdown again. Its webmaster ¨C Huang Liangtian used to be the chief editor of BaiXing Magazine. Huang was removed from BaiXing last year as the Magazine reported many corruption cases. The website NCPSCZK.COM is more open in its contents than most other websites in China.
