In an official newspaper ¨C Nanjing Morning, the propaganda report claims that Jie Mu (Sun Lin) and others (more than 20 people arrested) are mafia that owns guns and knives.

One of the authors in this official "news" is Ning Gong Xuan, a pen name representing Nanjing Police Propaganda Department. Media in Nanjing receive "news" from this department named as "Ning Gong Xuan". Boxun editor searched google, more than 1,200 "news" found under this pen name.
2. On May 29, when one detainee asked why he was arrested, the policeman told him: it is ordered by higher government. In fact, Jie Mu went to Beijing and Qinhuangdao during May 22-25, he did four interviews in four different locations.
