Guangdong: police can disconnect Internet for 24 hours

Guangdong Province issued a regulation yesterday. The regulation is about the security of computer and network, but it emphasizes that police has the right to disconnect ISP’s network for 24 hours under emergent incidents, and if state security and social stability are endangered.
