Hu Bei----Three university students died in their attempted rescue of a drowning accident happened in Hu Bei.

According to previous news reports, a group of local university students were participating in an outdoor event along Chang Jiang river bank when two young boys fell into the river.

An immediate extrication action was taken by the students, but strong river flow caused several rescuers to become the drowning victims.
