China has announced a 4000 billion RMB Yuan plan to support its economy, Boxun learned from a reliable source that China's overall plan is to inject 12,000 billion. The overall plan is still a top secret.

China's economic policies are mostly kept secret in its decision process. The public do not know and cannot intervene even if the decisions are very wrong. This practice also gives those have access to the "secrets" many profitable opportunities.
